Works like a charm producing restaurant quality food at home. It has spouts that makes clean up easier due to the ability to drain the oil out quickly and efficiently.My husband and the family love this appliance. This deep fryer is rated a 10 plus in our opinion.Bought the double electric fryer for $179.00 and both heating elements will only heat up to 140 degrees when it should be able to get up to 375 degrees. Post office quoted me a shipping cost back to the Oarlike company in California at $130.00. Totally screwed. Don't by from this company. Gave Oarlike company a 1 star rating because the site doesn't allow me to give a zero.Nice big baskets and streamlined so it doesn’t take up too much counter space. Love the covers they reduce oil splatter on the countertopsWe have had this since March of 2022. Already 1 side stopped working. I hired an electrician and he opened it up and the wiring to one of the elements was broken off and corroded.I like itI like being able to use two sides when able blows circuits in house so for now we drain on one side and cook the other love the easy drainage
